Okay.... I know it's been awhile and I will be the first to admit that I have been lacking on everything in professional wrestling and the website as a hole...
but truth be told... I do jump on the message board every day and see the latest,,,
so... here is the professional note regaurding the insane wrestling,
I have updated the website twice... with a Speacial Pandora Brew Update that became a HUGH HIT.....
and the last update an interview with Prytime Amy Lee and a column and MMA Discussion with Dr. Wrestling.

so Please enjoy the Pandora Brew update as she is one of the highest rated pages on Insane Plan,.,
there has been a few things I have really been bad on and that is In the corner with Nay Nay and differnt pages through out as well as this board.
so that will be my main focus!
on a personal Note from me... I have had a lot of changes in my life since my surgery....... for one, i have had an ugly break up with an on and off again girlfriend of 10 years... i have been going out living the night life, and been out of the loop with everything such as the website, wrestling, and my family... and have been dealing with the change in my life that i am not going to be the person people depend on in my personal life... and I have finially took a stand and said I am not going to take this anymore... and of course there has been problems along the way but at the same time i am glad i am starting to remove the thing called drama and I am enjoying every minnute of it. and will still contuine working for Insane Plan... as the personal issue are now calming down.. i will have more time.

Website Updated twice this week.....

I had a lot of time to update the website and got a lot of news stuff for the website
I have added a new booking profile of Aaron Devil, interview with Scotts Scarsdale, My coulmn Thoughts of Insanity, new mail bag questions, facts about former WWE Diva Sable, two shows promoted, Christina Applegate news,
Also an interview with Crazii Shea which is a must read!!!!
two new film interviews and pictures from the webmaster's personal collection

Dr. Wrestling No Longer writing for Insane Plan

What's up?
As of July 31st I am no longer apart of the Insane Wrestling Plan staff to due a disagreement with the Insane Plan management. I'd like to thank Johnny for the oppurtunity to write for the site and I'd also like to thank everyone that reads my column. Insane Plan is a great site and it will continue to be a great site.
